About Us
We would like to welcome you to the Fürstenhof in Mieders in the Stubaital!
Centrally and sunny situated directly at the foot of the Serles, the altar of Tyrol, our organic farm combines modern facilities with the down-to-earth customs of our rural tradition.
Our two pigs, two rabbits and our three hens live on the farm and are all happy to be fed or stroked by our guests. Our highland cattle spend the summer on the alpine pasture, in autumn they return to the farm.

About Us

In winter our three hens live on the farm with their rooster and our highland cattle, which can be observed at any time, as they live in a free-range stable.
Experience an extraordinary, relaxing holiday with us and find a little piece of home at the Fürstenhof.

Try our home-made schnapps änd Gin, or our farmhouse own spicy bacon. The four hens are also busy laying eggs, which are delicious. Since spring 2019 we also have a small apiary, so we also have our own honey. Depending on the season and growth, our guests are also welcome to pick up some vegetables and herbs from our vegetable garden.
13 highland cattle live on our farm. We are a farm with mother stock, each cow always has two calves with her. The cattle spend the summer, from April to October, on our alpine pasture.
We also have 3 hens and one rooster on the farm. In summer there are also four pigs to admire.
