About Us
Welcome to the farm Ganhör!
Our farm is located in the Mühlviertel region, 25 km north of Linz. You will find our farm surrounded by meadows and fields in a small, idyllic village. In the immediate vicinity is a viewing tower from which you can take in views of the landscape or gaze into the distance.
There is plenty of space for children to run around You certainly won't be bored - with playground, table tennis, an outdoor kids' kitchen and a huge sandpit. Children can also spend their time at the neighbouring swimming pond. There's a lake for swimming in Ottenschlag (3 km). And of course our animals - cats, a dog, cows and calves, guinea pigs, chicken, all want to be stroked by the young visitors. There is the option of wildlife watching with the owner.
Our area could have been made for walks and cycling (hiking maps available). A 12.5 km themed trail takes you past the most traditional farmhouses in the region built with large granite blocks. These buildings are a typical cultural heritage of the Mühlviertel region. Round off the evenings in our garden cabin with a barbecue.

About Us
Winter holiday at our farm Ganhör!
Our farm is located at an altitude of 720 m - high above the foggy lowlands - in the Mühlviertel region, 25 km north of Linz.
Far off from the ski pistes and the hustle and bustle you can really enjoy winter at our farm. Our young and old guests alike take pleasure in our toboggan ride, where you can completely forget the stresses of everyday life.
Sporty guests will get their full share of excitement, as a cross-country ski run with skating and parallel track runs nearby, in Bad Leonfelden. On an extensive forest walk or wildlife feeding trip with the hunter, you can enjoy the natural surroundings and winter to the fullest.
Of course you can also sleep in, or build a snowman or snow castle with the children. Ice curling parties are also a very popular winter pursuit at our farm, and most of them are rounded off with a cosy barbecue meal. The Sternstein mountain 20 km away is an inviting place for skiing. The animals and helping out at feeding time offer a welcome change of activity for the children.

Our young guests can help feed the calves and pay them a visit in the barn also during the day. Our two cats are always in for some cuddling.
We also have guinea pigs and chicken on our farm.
