About Us
Our quietly situated mountain inn with a view of the Ötztal Alps with their three thousand meter peaks invites you to relax and unwind.
Numerous hiking trails start right outside the front door, for active people there are also biking and climbing routes available. A hiking guide is always available for good tips. The highest waterfall in Tyrol, the "Stuibenfall" (via ferrata) is only 10 minutes away on foot.

About Us
In winter, Niederthai has 31 kilometres of cross-country ski trails, whether classic or skating, there is something for everyone. There are also 3 ski lifts in the vicinity. Whether snowshoeing, tobogganing or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride in Niederthai, everyone will find something to suit their taste.
A ski and cross-country skiing instructor is at your disposal for good tips.
