About Us
The Geiereckalm is in a peaceful, solitary location with a breathtaking view. The cabin includes two double rooms with covered balconies on the sunny side. It also features a loft which sleeps 6 - perfect for children!
The main room on the ground floor includes a roomy kitchenette and a stove with a glass door for central heat. The sitting area has two tables for eating and spending time together. The cabin includes running water and a bathroom with shower. A well is located in front of the cabin, while a very comfortable outhouse near the barn provides additional capacity for larger groups.
The stove provides central heat and hot water. While there is no electricity at the cabin, childproof gas lanterns provide cozy light.
Please bring your own bedding.
Enjoy grilling on the steel grill under the pergola. Plenty of wood is available for heating and grilling (included in the price).
Anglers will enjoy the trout pond located 50m from the cabin. Fishing is allowed pending our approval.
The cabin is reserved strictly for your private use - we want you to enjoy your stay with no outside disturbances! The nearest neighbor is far out of view - it will be just you and nature!
We will be happy to provide transportation to the cabin should snow and ice cause difficulties during the winter.
