About Us
Our farm is situated in Neusess around 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes' walk from Mauterndorf. The quiet location with panorama views into the picturesque Neusess valley allows you to completely forget your every day stresses and strains.
We are always looking forward to children in our hotel. There is a lot of place for playing inside and outside. Your kids will enjoy the nature, the animals and the farm feeling.
You will stay in a cosy holiday apartment with 4-flower rates. You will feel safe and at home. Relax and enjoy impressive sunsets and romantic hours - here every wish is fulfilled. Nice rooms with fully equipped ktchen, bathroom and WC, free wifi and satellite-TV.
Every day in the morning you can order fresh bred from the bakery.

About Us
Due to the central location to all Lungau skiing areas, including Obertauern and Katschberg, our guests are offered optimal conditions for their skiing holiday.
The ski bus stop is located directly at the farm, with which you can easily reach all 5 ski areas free of charge: Obertauern, Großeck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg, Fanningberg! The Lungo ski pass is available for all ski areas. Our farm is conveniently located on the well-cleared road and avalanche-proof!
After a fulfilling day of skiing you can relax and visit the nearest indoor swimming pool and sauna, the Badeinsel Tamsweg. The Badeinsel Tamsweg also makes children's hearts beat faster: with a large slide for the kids and an extra children's pool.
On our organic farm you can meet a great variety of animals!
