About Us
A warm welcome to Halmgut farm in Eben!
Are you looking for rest and relaxation and fun for the children? - Then you're at the right place here!
Our farm is at an altitude of 1089 m amidst a beautiful hiking area with views of the breathtaking mountains. We are a child-friendly family business. Peaceful, beautiful, secluded location with our own fishing pond and a large children's playground. Also a huge fleet of go-karts, pedal tractors, scooters, and bicycles for the kids gives you the chance to spend cosy hours on our terrace or the sun loungers.
Comfortably furnished parlour with masonry heater and connecting sun terrace. The guest rooms are located in the main building "Kastanie", "Holunder" and "Fichte" with balcony, shower/WC, a new family room "Ahorn" and the apartments Lackenkogel and Höllberg. Our old farmhouse was refurbished in a rustic style with 2 apartments "Blümeck" and "Mosermandl" were added.
We also supply child equipment on request: High chairs, baby cots, bath tub, baby-changing station, nappy bin! A backpack-style child carrier is also available to our guests if you would like to explore the mountains with your little one.
For breakfast, we serve homemade farm products like butter, cheese, bacon, jams, juices, curd cheese, bread,... what a great start into the day!!

About Us
Enjoy your holiday, wrapped in lots of snow. Go tobogganing with our own sleighs or winter hiking through the forest. Treat yourself to a few hours in the winter sun on our terrace.! You can also use the solarium and fitness machines. You can go straight from the sauna out in to the open air, roll about in the powdery snow to cool off. Winter sports fans will find an extensive number of slopes in the Amadé ski region Journey time approx. 15 minutes by car.
