In our new Panorama apartment with 3 separate bedrooms and a large living/dining area, enjoy your holidays to the full accompanied by beautiful expansive views of our mountain region. Or unwind on a spacious balcony outside apartment Kitzblick, where the sight of the glacier is certain to whet your appetite for hiking or skiing. With 2 separate bedrooms and new baths, you will want for nothing, while the overall comfort of the apartment definitely won’t disappoint you one bit.
Our farm products:
Products that originate right there on the farm are an important part of any farmhouse vacation, of course. Here with us, you will receive the very best organic-quality eggs and raw milk. And as a special souvenir for your loved-ones back home, how about a small bottle of schnapps or apple juice, both of which are made from fruit grown right here.
During your summer holidays, all kinds of great excursion destinations – including Krimml Waterfalls, the Grossglockner and the Kaprun hydroelectric reservoirs – are just waiting to be explored by you. If you love the water, you should definitely “take the plunge” into the Ritzensee or Zellersee. Variety-packed hikes across the surrounding alpine meadows and mountains are certain to appeal to each and every hiker.
In winter, our farm is the perfect base for your skiing adventures amid the famous ski resorts of Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang, Schmittenhöhe Zell am See-Kaprun and Hochkönig Maria Alm. The lifts are easy to reach using the free ski bus or your own car. Are you a cross-country enthusiast? If so, you will be able to access our local trail network close by. In other words, nothing more stands in the way of a beautiful winter sports experience surrounded by our idyllically snowy countryside!

About Us
Nestled amid various mountain ranges, our farmhouse serves as the perfect starting point for various ski areas. Regardless of where you choose, the pistes of Skicircus Leogang/Saalbach as well as Maria/Alm Dienten are just a short drive away, while 10 minutes will bring you to Zell am See and the Schmittenhöhe. Or maybe you already have your eyes on the Kitzsteinhorn, which you can even see from your apartment, just 20 to 25 minutes from us by car. Every imaginable winter sports opportunity is available to you. And if you are more into cross-country skiing, a trail runs close by. Add to that our local ice rinks, sled runs and the occasional sleigh ride, and you quickly see, a winter with us promises everything your heart could possibly desire.

Here with us, you receive best organic-quality eggs and milk, which already guarantees that your breakfast will be practically perfect. We also offer you, depending on the most recent growing season – apple or pear juice made from our own fruit, along with a home-distilled schnapps likewise made from fruit grown right here on the farm.
My husband and I took over the farm in 2015, only on a part-time basis to begin with. Back then, we decided to build a new milk shed, since when our farm has continued to grow and become more and more of a full-time enterprise. Our old barn was re-functioned into a henhouse, in which around 500 organic laying hens are constantly fussing around. We currently have 20 to 25 dairy cows including calves, along with all kinds of smaller animals like cats, goats and guinea pigs
