To live right next door to nature, to explore her diversity every day a new and to enjoy fresh products from the region - all that characterises the pleasures of holidaying at the Karlspitze residence. Cosy apartments and breathtaking mountain scenery for active recreation await you.
Our farm is in a wonderful location. Surrounded by 3,000-metre peaks and located on the edge of the forest of Feichten - the principal town of the Kaunertal Valley - you will find the right atmosphere and scope to
relax and become acquainted with the country and its people. For your holiday we have put together attractive package deals. We will be glad to provide you with customised information.

About Us
Our farm is located in the Kaunertal Glacier region.
The skiing region takes you to an altitude of 3100 metres. Snow is guaranteed.
The skiing season begins in mid-October with the internationally well-known Snowboard Opening
and continues until mid-June.
A skiing region for the whole family
The region is especially popular with families with children
Children up to 9.99 years of age go for free.
The cross-country ski run starts at the house. The village lift is´nearby
and a floodlit toboggan run open every day

Milk butter cheese is available seasonally.

We are a small mountain farm at 1270m above sea level.
In the barn are dairy cows, calves, cat Grismo, the ponies Tari Chester, Mia and Beauty
The cows are in the barn in winter and come to the pasture in summer
there they eat many different herbs and then there is the tasty mountain cheese
In the petting zoo there are rabbits and guinea pigs who want to be pampered
