About Us
Surrounded by green meadows, our family-oriented, child-friendly farm lies in a sunny and quiet location at an altitude of 1,550 m with charming views of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps, and has been accredited with 3 flowers. With us you will find relaxation and pure nature.
Ideal starting point for mountain tours and walks, Tyrol's biggest waterfall is 10 minutes away. Accessible by footpath.
We offer our guests: active working alongside us in the stable and during the hay harvest - farm produce - bread service - children's playground and BBQ area right beside the house - horse riding.

Our friendly, child-friendly farm (awarded 3 flowers) is set at an altitude of 1,550 m in a peaceful, sunny location surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape. Niederthai is one of the best areas for guaranteed snow and is ideal for beginners and children thanks to its small but exquisite ski region. For cross-country skiers, Niederthai offers 30 km of excellently prepared trails, cleared winter hiking trails and toboggan runs that are synonymous with enjoyment and fun. We offer guests: - the chance to help out in the barn - shared tobogganing evenings - tobogganing and slide runs behind the house - own farm produce - fresh bread roll service.
