About Us
Our newly designed timber house is situated in a peaceful, sunny and secluded location just a few minutes' walk from the organic farm and at 1,150m above sea level.
Wood from the local forest was used to build our "Hubmoarhütte" holiday home. Here, Manfred Khom put his training as a carpenter to good use and was able to implement many ideas on his own in the construction. Numerous loving details in and around the house are now the result and provide a cosy lodge flair.
The ground floor features a storage room incl. washing machine, a toilet, a spacious living/dining room incl. kitchenette as well as a sauna area. A bathroom with double sink and sit-in shower, a toilet as well as three bedrooms on the first floor offer space for a total of 9 people. The ground floor is needs-accessible and a corresponding sleeping possibility can be arranged if required.
The home is heated using floor heating, while the fireplace in the living/dining room adds an extra dose of comfort. The solar cells on the roof provide sufficient hot water.
The in-house wellness area provides additional well-being. Here, you can choose between a Finnish sauna or steam sauna and enjoy the view of the untouched nature through the sauna panorama window. The open-air whirlpool ensures pure relaxation and offers a beautiful view of the Seetal Alps.
To add campfire romance and cosy evenings under the stars, we have set up a separate fire pit. This as well as the garden area around the house with children's playground are freely available for our guests to use.
Numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, archery, horse-riding, ski touring, skiing, ice skating, curling and much more are offered in the immediate vicinity.
Inside the farm's own wood workshop, many beautiful wood swings are created and offered for sale. Each model here is a unique product and can be designed individually on request.
Your four-legged friends are also more than welcome with us upon consultation.
The market community of Neumarkt with its gastronomy, food shops, clothing, sports and toys as well as a pharmacy and doctors' are located approx. 5km away.
