Welcome to the Inselsbach holiday farm,
Simply feel well, relax, enjoy, and discover your very special holiday experience!
If you are a family, then this is just the right place for you! There is a range of great activities you can do at our farm and in the surrounding area. To name just a few, you can engage in creative activities, go hiking or cycling in the national park, or visit and get guided tours of local businesses (e.g. the blacksmith, ...).
Our farm is in a quiet location, 420 m above sea level, at the foot of the Alpkogel mountain, on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park, at the Ennstal cycle path - surrounded by flowery meadows, mixed forest, and mountain slopes.
Typical highlights of the farm:
- Very tasteful and homely rooms with many pieces of natural wooden furniture and hand-crafted treasures.
- Children's playground, fun experiences with animals (calves, rabbits, cows), colourful farm garden, sea of flowers
- Inselbach's Alm - our own alpine pasture, perfect for relaxing and mountain hiking
- Ceramic painting - paint your own mug or muesli bowl to take a piece of holiday with you back home.
- For those who love nature and animals, our private hunting grounds offer a unique opportunity to observe animals in the wild.
- Excellent cuisine - traditional dishes and fresh products from our farm
Culinary delights prepared by our chef
We will treat you with a rich farmhouse breakfast that will give you power and energy! Our breakfast includes muesli, cornflakes, various kinds of home-made jam, fresh bread and bread rolls, and for those who prefer a hearty breakfast, there is not only a variety of sausages and cheeses, but also, on request, fried or scrambled eggs and bacon!
For dinner we prepare many different dishes, both hearty and light - with fresh salads and herbs from our farm garden.

Whether you simply want to enjoy a few quiet days or use this farm as a starting point for winter activities in the surrounding area - we warmly invite you to experience a special adventure holiday here - fell good all around, relax, enjoy, discover, be creative, ski, toboggan or go snowshoeing.

As we run our own agricultural business, we are able to produce many of the products we offer ourselves. We are always pleased to treat our guests with home-made jam and juices, vegetables and herbs from our garden, as well as tender meats and sausages. And of course, for a proper farmhouse, schnapps and liqueur are a must on the menu as well.
