About Us
The Kainreiterhof is situated in the middle of the region Schladming- Dachstein, directly above the lake at Aich.
Our farm is a dairy farm with about 35 cows. Working on our farm is rewarding and gives us a lot of pleasure but it also requires a lot of commitment. We enjoy sharing our experience of life on the farm with our guests.
You can help with the feeding of the cows, watch the milking, taste fresh milk – it tastes wonderful, you feel the nature...
You can learn about our animals and what it takes to run our farm. The smell of fresh hay is very special.Spoil our goats, rabbits, cats and guinea pigs by giving them extra strokes.
And the children? They can play in the special childrens’ play-hut, or race around the farm yard with go-karts and pedal tractors or explore the meadows and woods just behind the farm.
As guests of the Kainreiterhof , the Summer Card enables you to gain free entry to more than 100 holiday-experience and many more attractions come at a discount.

* Dachstein: you can experience boundless freedom and fantastic views on the highest mountain in Styria

About Us
Our farm is to be found in the heart of the Schladming- Dachstein region. In 5 minutes you reach the entrance to the interconnected 4-mountain skiing areas of Hauser Kaibling - Planai Hochwurzen - Reiteralm , the ski bus stops right outside the house.
Enjoy your holiday in our spacious apartments, which we have designed with great attention to detail. Uniquely crafted bright wooden furniture direct from the hand of the carpenter.
Skiing, sledging , cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, a winter vacation is an adventure for the whole family.
On the farm there is always a lot to do: help feed the animals in the barn, watch as the cows are milked and learn fascinating facts about the origin of milk ...
