The apartments of Guesthouse Karlhof are an excellent starting point for a remarkable winter vacation with many opportunities! Whether you enjoy long winter hikes, a "ski circus", long sledge trips, a more diversified city trip to Innsbruck or simply the life on a farm - a wide range of possibilities are offered!!
The adjacent ski school with its instructors, who have the highest possible qualification, provide you with a comprehensive range of services in one of the nearby skiing areas of your choice.

Our Karlhof is primarily geared towards organic pumpkins and organic oats as a part-time job, and to growing vegetables full-time. Mainly lettuce, white cabbage, chives, pumpkin, broccoli, kohlrabi, zucchini, cauliflower, artichokes, chili peppers, tomatoes, physalis, corn, strawberries, etc. are produced. With this great variety, the different products are available at different times and not permanently. Please ask us about current food... You are cordially invited to taste our farm products according to availability! In addition, we have a livestock population that includes a few dairy cows, pigs and sheep. We keep these animals so that we can offer you and your family farm products such as milk, meat, bacon and sausages.
Our child-friendly sheep and calves in the pasture may be stroked, provided the animals allow this.
You are also welcome to visit our cowshed and pigsty under supervision and watch the day-to-day work. There are two barn times available for this every day.
