About Us
Relaxation and recreation for you and your children at our farm Ferienhof Kriechbaumer!
Children can enjoy plenty of space to play on our farm and in nature. There’s a play tower with slide and climbing wall, a sandpit, swings and a trampoline. Plus, kids can use a number of pedal cars: pedal bikes, bobby cars, balance bikes, ... It’s also great fun to play table soccer, badminton or board games.
We’re happy to accompany you to our animals who always love getting a carrot, some grain, dry bread or a bunch of grass. And definitely lots of tender loving care! Depending on the season, you can help us make elderflower juice, cider or distilled fruit spirits. Every day at 16.00, it’s time for the barn. Children are welcome to watch or lend a hand!
We also provide our guests with a sauna, loungers, a barbecue and a campfire spot (on request).
We offer breakfast and half-board. It’s of great importance for us to use food - especially fruit and vegetables - from our own garden. If you would like to book half-board, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.
Discover the diversity of our region
Our farm is surrounded by plenty of hiking, cycling and horse-riding trails. Explore the beautiful castle ruins of Prandegg (a 30 minutes’ walk) or Ruttenstein. Check out the speed toboggan run “Stoaninger Alm” (1 hour’s walk) or set out on a hike on the “Way of St John” (“Johannesweg”), a multi-day pilgrimage route. In Schönau (4 km) you’ll find a very nice public outdoor pool with slides. The fairytale zoo park “Jagdmärchenpark Hirschalm” in Unterweißenbach is very popular among kids.

About Us
A farm holiday at Ferienhof Kriechbaumer is great fun for kids!
Romp about in the snow, slide down the hillside on a straw-filled bag, build snowmen and start a snow ball fight with your parents. You can borrow toboggan, sledge and snow saucers from us. Here, you’ll have time for yourself and your loved ones!
Sit next to the chimney and get cosy with some handicrafts, a thrilling book or an exciting game. We’ll cater for your culinary needs with lots of home-grown produce from our farm.
After a wonderful winter walk in the cold, you can fully unwind in our hot sauna.
