About Us
Altitude: 1,356m Welcome to "Lärchenhof" farm. Location: On the outskirts of the small, beautiful village of Fendels, within walking distance of the ski lifts. Ski school, ski hire with a small grocery store and restaurants are nearby. Ski right up to the house! House toboggan! Farm characteristics: It's not only us, but also our animals (cows, calves, horses and ponies, rabbits, and dogs) who are delighted to have the young guests visit. Daily "Good Morning Service" with fresh bread, jam, eggs on request. Breakfast or half board available! Our winter Lärchenhof farm highlights: * 1 welcome bottle of wine * help care for the horses * Torchlight walk, wild animal feeding, pony rides * free admission to the indoor swimming pool * free use of the sauna and steam bath * farewell gift for young and old. Our farm produce: Jam, schnapps, liqueurs and the excellent "Jahrlingsfleisch" young beef!
We are also a member of the Ernte-Verband Österreich!!
Our cows (Tyrolese Grey Cattle - typical Tyrolean breed) live in a stable next to the residential building in winter and are delighted when children come to visit. From May to October, the cows and calves are in the meadows and on the alpine pastures.
Our horses (1 Haflinger, 1 Criollo cross, 1 Icelandic horse, 1 warmblood mare and 1 Shetland pony) live outdoors all year around - approx. 2 minutes' walk away from our farm).
Our female German Shepherd "Shelly" loves sticks more than anything.
