About Us
Welcome to Landhaus Dorfer – Obergolleggbauer in Grossarl in SalzburgerLand!
Our family-friendly farm lies 70 km south of Salzburg City in Grossarl, in a tiny community known as Au, on a small, sunny hill with views of Grossarltal and the surrounding mountain world. Flanked by green meadows and intact countryside, you will be able to enjoy a close-to-nature farm holiday here with us.
Rooms and Apartments
We offer 2 spacious apartments for up to 6 people with solid-wood furniture, as well as 2 double rooms with breakfast included. Smaller tour groups of up to 15 people are also welcome here. The breakfast room can be used as a guest lounge and for pleasant get-togethers.
Garden with grill equipment
Our big, sunny garden invites you to relax and spend as much time as you want. We also have grill equipment, which is particularly popular on those balmy summer evenings!
Playground and Petting Zoo
For our little guests, we have a big playground and plenty of space to run and play. In our petting zoo, there is always lots going on as well. Our goats, cats, rabbits, hens and quail look forward to meeting you. Yet another highlight is the fishpond in our garden. The children are welcome to feed and watch the trout.
Wellness & Regeneration
In our sauna, you will be able to unwind completely and find the peaceful space you seek, both summer and winter. Use of the sauna is included in the price. It has room for 6 people and, if desired, can be heated up daily. After your session in the sauna, you will be able to choose between a dowsing shower and a massage shower.
Ski Room
In winter, you can store your ski and snowboard equipment in our spacious ski room, located in the cellar.
Parking
Right next to the house, plenty of parking is available free of charge. Bikes and motorcycles can be stored inside our garages.

Your Dorfer Family
We raise calves on our farm. The calves spend summer grazing on the alpine pastures next to our mountain hut.
Our hens, goats and rabbits spend the entire year here at the farm and will also be happy to meet you.
