About Us
The Obersinnlehenhof is a 400-year-old farmhouse in Maishofen, 4 km from Zell am See and 10 km from Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang.
All of the holiday apartments feature a balcony with mountain views, free Wi-Fi, flatscreen cable TV, living room sitting area, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, and the bathroom.
In our garden, guests will find a playground and grill hut, while our sunny terrace is also available to guests.
We operate an organic grassland farm. In summer, roughly 30 to 40 calves graze on our alpine pastures – before being returned to their respective owners towards the end of September. We take care of the animals throughout the summer months – if they wish, guests are welcome to join us as we check on how the calves are doing. Remaining on our farm are our hens, goats Anton, Greta and Lilly, rabbits Lola and Schnuppe, along with our cat Maxima, all of whom love to be petted by guests.
Whether your focus during your summer holidays is on hiking, biking or swimming, the range of recreational activities open to you is virtually endless. In winter, too, the region captivates with numerous great opportunities for winter sports – alpine and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and touring are just a few of the many activities you can pursue in and around Maishofen. In other words, no matter what time of year you decide to spend a vacation with us at the Obersinnlehenhof in beautiful Salzburger Land - you will always have more than enough choices!

About Us
During a winter holiday in Maishofen, you have the opportunity to enjoy winter to the full. The ski areas of Saalbach- Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn as well as Zell am See - Kaprun are all located close to us, offering perfect pistes, friendly huts and glorious mountain panoramas; within quick, easy reach using the free ski bus or your own car.

Our chickens, the goats Susi and Lori, the sheep Heidi and Clara, the rabbit Schnuppe, as well as the cat Maxima are on the farm and are very happy about petting!
30-40 calves are on our alpine pasture from May - with the Almabtrieb end of September they come back to the respective owners. We take care of the animals in the summer - our guests are welcome to visit the calves together with us on request.
