About Us
Welcome to the holiday farm Obertenn with the Mayrl family.
Our quality assured farm lies at an altitude of 1,013 m on the southern slope of the Biathlon town of Hochfilzen. The little romantic holiday village in the middle of the imposing mountain landscape of the Leoganger and Loferer Steinberge mountains as well as the Kitzbühel Alps awaits you with healthy nature, excellent cooking and a rich itinerary of sports and entertainment.
The extensive hiking area begins with your first steps out of the front door..
You'll easily reach the cycle or mountain bike trails and tennis courts by foot in a matter of minutes. We are the place to start your journey for numerous sporting activities and excursions.
Allow yourself to be pampered by ourhearty breakfast in our delightful breakfast room with winter garden and a fantastic view, , enjoy the idyllic setting, protected and sunny on the mountainside and in the middle of meadows and fields - not a building in sight to spoil the view and this awakens such a feeling of absolute freedom.
Awaiting you are the carefully appointed apartments in a young farmhouse style - experience absolute tranquillity in our "Heublume" (Hayflower) take a look at the mountains, forest and fields as you tiled stove.
You can find relaxation in a day filled with new experiences in our sauna cabin also with a view of the village. Spend some quality time together in ourgarden greenery with a barbecue and great play area with countless children's play vehicles.
Spend some time in our fragrant herb garden, restock your energy while you watch our animals, or find a shady spot on the edge of the forest in the soft moss.

About Us
In our legendary snow-covered Hochfilzen the northern centre is populated, which happens to be venue of the annualbiathlon world cup event. The World Cup 2005 and 2017 was one of the sporting highlights. You will meet skiers of a wide spectrum at our well kept cross-country ski trail.
You will find 110 km of cross-country ski trails marked daily that meet the demands of various competency levels and which is awarded with the cross-country ski run seal of quality.

In winter our guests can go skiing right up to the terrace.
You can easily reach the valley station of the ski lifts of the mountain railway Lake Pillersee (Buchensteinwand) with the Schneesportschule (snow sports school) and the ski rentals. Our snow-covered cross-country ski runs are also within walking distance.

Ella, Zilli, Fini, Stupsi, .....
At present we have pygmy goats. You can experience how theanimals get fed and cared for. For animal lovers we have young animals to be watched or stroked, for example rabbits, cats, ducks and our good natured dog "Ella" on the farm. Watch our ducks as they make a trip around the duck pond or waddle past in formation. Our cat "Smiley" and "Paula" with "Fini and Bino" love attention or you could give our curious pygmy goats "Lilli", "Zilli" and "Emmi" a few leaves. For your breakfast you can pick up your own fresh, healthy egg from our quails.
