Couples can snug up together in the cosy cabin. Lovers of solitude will find nothing more than themselves and the grand panoramic view of the Carinthian Nockberge mountain. Hiking enthusiasts can set out in any direction on sign-posted trails. And keen mountaineers don’t ever want to leave this place, the wooden cabin on the beautiful intermontane plateau.

A new feature next to the Peterbauerhütte: the “lover’s lounge”. It’s a small cabin next to the mountain cabin that has been transformed into a romantic hideaway. It features a small living room with a table and original places to sit and get cosy. The stairs lead to the double bed. The lover’s lounge comes with charming little windows. The heavens and mountains are smiling!

This small cabin is a perfectly cosy home for two on holiday with a group of others who can stay in the large mountain cabin. Slightly older kids also find the lover’s lounge cool. On holidays in the mountains with their parents they can, nonetheless, have their own private area.

Location: On an intermontane plateau with grand, grand views. How to reach us: 14 km from the town of Rennweg, 4 km of which on an asphalt road, gravel road in good condition.

Mountain cabin for rent from June until October, depending on the weather.
