A cabin location to dream of!
Quiet and secluded in the middle of the woods of Gurktal, our Pettacher Cabin is located on an open cabin space with a great view. This cabin was once a mountain farm and we carefully renovated it. We constructed the furniture for the large kitchen from our own wood. You will feel right at home. The quiet atmosphere is very relaxing.
Our cabin has space for 4 to 6 people. A large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, wood stove, large kitchen table with corner seat, couch (sleeps 2); solar electricity for refrigerators and lighting as well as cell phone and laptop (very good cell phone reception). 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Crib on request. Bathroom with shower. Large open cabin yard with barbecue.
In the summer our cattle is on the meadow near the cabin. There is a well in front of the cabin.

Access: 8.5 km from Weitensfeld; of which about 1 km is asphalt, gravel road in good conditions, access road all the way to the cabin.
Location: on a moderately sloping south-west slope
Rental period: from May to October
Please do not bring pets.
From May to October our young cattle (heifers) graze in the surrounding meadows.
