A good start of the day with culinary delicacies for breakfast: home-made bread, jams made ourselves or by the Muhr family in Pöllau, home-made bacon and “Kaminwurzen” (smoked dry sausage), sausages and ham from nearby farms, cheese from the small organic dairy at the farm Thanei in Pöllau, chutney made ourselves or by the Muhr family, yoghurt, white cheese balls, curd cheese from the farm Spindelbauer in Pöllau, honey from the farm Pircherhof, organic aronia berry muesli from the manufacturer “Nachhaltige Vielfalt” in Vorau, fruit, fruit salad, juice, vegetables and smoothies from our garden and from the organic farm Biohof Lebendbauer in Hartberg, spring water from our private spring, eggs from our chicken (scrambled or fried, as you wish), coffee specialities, herbal tea from the organic herb farm Biokräuterhof Zemanek in Pöllau, home-made cake, cold-pressed oils from the oil mill Fandler in Pöllau, home-made pickled vegetables, dried fruit, stewed fruit, fruit puree, spreads, fruit leather, nuts, porridge, muesli bars, cakes in a jar, traditional pastries, cream cheese with herbs (depending on the season and farmer Daniela’s ideas).

What’s the secret of our authentic three-course dinner? The freshest of ingredients from our garden and fields, tender meat from our Pustertaler Sprinzen cattle, plenty of home-made delicacies and a great deal of love. Our fresh spring water is sourced from our controlled private spring.
