About Us
A warm welcome to our farm Kainzleitenhof!
Our farm is set on a quiet, small hillside with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. It’s surrounded by meadows and pastures. You can fully unwind and enjoy life to the fullest in our beautiful garden.
Our holiday apartments with comfort amenities feature a comfortable living room with fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace with panoramic lake and mountain views.
Highlight in summer: childcare with horses! Young and slightly older kids will learn everything about horses through play and with lots of fun. In addition, we have a petting zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, mini pigs, chicken, cats and dogs. They all love getting a bit of tender loving care.

Our holiday apartments with comfort amenities feature a comfortable living room with fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace with panoramic lake and mountain views.
In addition, we have a petting zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, mini pigs, chicken, cats and dogs. They all love getting a bit of tender loving care.
In winter, the hillsides next to our house are ideal for sledging and tobogganing. An absolute highlight for kids. There’s plenty of space all around the farmhouse to build a snowman or simply play in the snow. You might also simply enjoy the silence and marvel at the beautiful winter scenery whilst sitting down at one of the sunny spots around our farm.
Alpine skiers find a ski resort at the mountain Feuerkogel only 10 minutes from our farm. The ski resort has been enlarged just recently. It makes the heart of every skier, young or old, leap.
The snow-covered alpine pastures of Hochsteinalm offer a well-groomed toboggan run. A fun-filled family outing within a few minutes’ drive.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you here!
At the moment, fun and excitement is guaranteed thanks to: Haflinger horses, Welsh pony, mini pony, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, chicken, mini pigs.
Our Haflinger horses are known for being particularly good-natured. In just a short time, they become faithful and very nice friends! Plus, our young guests can explore the playground.
