Wonderful mountains, sunny heights - holidays in Matrei - Berg 24 - with the Steiner´s, in the middle of the national park, where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. It is our wish to help you enjoy as pleasant and relaxing a holiday as possible.
With own playground and use of our toys. Matrei is known as an ideal starting point for lots of romantic alpine and cabin walks, as well as challenging mountain tours - hike directly from the house into the impressive landscape of High Tauern National Park. Mountains and valleys - ideal for a harmonious holiday among simple, friendly people.

About Us
In winter, things are much quieter here on the mountain farm, the days are shorter, the nights longer.
The nearby ski region of Goldried is ideal for beginners as well as more experienced skiers. It is known for its great ski-runs and for not having waiting times at the lifts.

At our farm you find the whole year some small animals like catsm dogs, ducks, ponys, goats, etc. You can feed and cuddle them.
