About Us
Our farm lies 1 km above Millstatt in Kleindombra. It comprises 3 well-appointed holiday apartments (50-65 m²) in the farm and holiday house, with balcony or terrace.
Our farm still runs on a full-time basis; we feed bulls, oxen, pigs and chickens.Extra help is always welcome in the barn. The guinea pigs are there for the children to pet.
The Millstättersee lake is not far; approx. 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
Surrounding area
The farm is surrounded by meadows and forests, walking trails start directly at the farm, and a fitness course and the alpine roads are not too far away either. You can reach the lake and the town of Millstatt in 15 minutes on foot, or by car (or free taxi) in 5 minutes.
Attractions
The family farm offers everything your holiday heart could desire: idyllic scenery and views, 1 km above Millstatt. Great for the children: Farmyard animals, playing field for running around, perfect barbecue cabins for cosy evenings. Arrival
Take the A10 motorway from Salzburg towards Villach. At the Millstättersee/Seeboden exit, turn left, 5 km towards Millstatt. In Millstatt, turn left towards Obermillstatt, after 1 km turn right towards Kleindombra. 2nd house on the right: Roschusterhof
Relaxation
Relax and unwind in the nearby forest or on the meadow; our sunbathing area is just perfect for reading or simply lazing around. Millstatt has an excellent spa centre at the adventure pool.
Distances
To the motorway (A10) 6 km, 10 km to the Spittal/Millstättersee railway station and 70 km to Klagenfurt Airport.

Location
The Millstättersee lake offers you the chance to do all sorts of water sports, while several beach and indoor pools are the perfect place for a swim. There is a lovely cycling trail around the lake. In Millstatt there are tennis courts, a skate park, mini golf course and an 18-hole golf course.
