Do you want to get away from everyday life, let your mind wander and enjoy a few days off?

Find our farm in a secluded location perched on a sunny, quiet hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the Bohemian Forest.

The village of Haslach an der Mühl is only 2.5 km from our farm. It’s famous beyond the borders for its weaving mills and museums worth visiting (museum of peculiar musical instrument “Mechanische Klangfabrik”, textile manufactory, merchant's museum,...). The annual traditional weavers' market (“Webermarkt”), lures visitors from afar.

Clear winter air and lots of sun invite our guests to leave their tracks in the snow on romantic winter walks . The new magic formula for relaxation is snowshoeing. The alpine ski resort “Hochficht” is suitable for skiers of all levels. There’s a total of 70 km of beautiful cross-country ski trails of various lengths. You can go curling (also floodlit), ice skating or enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh .

The children can whiz down the hillside on the sled, build snowmen or simply stroke the calves and pet the kittens. Children are welcome to go into the henhouse with the farmer to fetch their own eggs for breakfast.

Feel free and undisturbed in the private guest house. In the evening, sit together in the living room and chat about everyday life with a glass of mulled cider or a shot of "Krampamperl".
