OUR LOCATION IS THE IDEAL STARTING POINT for many hiking and mountain tours to the surrounding 3000 m peaks of the Ötz Valley Alps, or for excursions to Meran, Innsbruck or to neighbouring Switzerland and for other sporting endeavours such as rafting on the Inn, mountain biking, swimming in Ried's bathing lake or in Prutz's adventure pool. While the parents relax on our sunbathing area or in the gazebo away from the stresses of daily life, the children will be happy to play in the house's own adventure playground with swings, a sandpit and the possibility of enjoying a game of table tennis. Above all, the central and avalanche-safe location of our village also makes Kauns attractive for a winter holiday. The most beautiful ski regions of the Tyrolean Oberland, such as Fendels ( 8 minutes ) Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ( 15 minutes ) or the Kaunertal glacier region ( 40 minutes ) are quickly and easily reachable. Just 2 minutes' walk from the house is the ski bus' stop. REST AND RELAXATION AT AFFORDABLE RATES is possible in our comfortable and carefully appointed holiday apartments.
