About Us
Are you looking for relaxation and recreation for the whole family?

Our large 150 m² completely equipped holiday home offers room for up to 10 people and is centrally located in the middle of the Pinzgauer Ski Resort.
Location:
Our former mountain farmhouse was located at 900m above sea level, on our farm, with beautiful views.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, 1 wellness room with an infrared cabin for up to 4 people and rain showers with a view of our mountains. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a large corner bench, 2 tables and a wood stove, as well as the living room with corner couch and SAT/TV for wellness and comfortable togetherness.
In the well-kept terrace/lawn with fountain, playground, garden set, grill, and deck chairs, the children can play and let the adults' minds rest.
Enjoy the summer months in the Hohe Tauern National Park and learn about a natural environment with many trip possibilities!
The Oberbarleitner holiday home is the ideal starting point for summer activities – in a quiet location and in close proximity to the district capital of Zell am See, all of your options are open.
Would you like to cool down? On hot days, it is worth taking a jump in the Zell lake and on this occasion, you can also explore the Zell historic city as well as the diverse shopping opportunities.
Sports fans will get their money's worth – many mountain biking and hiking trails are within our immediate surroundings.

In the middle of the large Ski regions in Pinzgau, you will be spoiled by your choice of which ski slope to take first.
The Schmittenhöhe Zell am See, The Gletscher Kitzsteinhorn, The Skiregion Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang and The Rauriser Skiberge are in the direct vicinity of our alpine cottage.
With copious amounts of cross country skiing, you can enjoy the Pinzgauer landscape and with a fun sleigh ride, directly from our cottage or on the Kohlschnait toboggan run, fun is guaranteed!
In order to warm up on the cold days, take a visit to the new Tauern SPA Bath World in Kaprun - relaxation guaranteed!
Our animals, whether big or small, look forward to visits and tender loving care.
