About Us
“Griaß Di” at the children’s and baby farm “HOF Unterhuben” with the Zeller family. We offer YOU a family and child-friendly atmosphere according to the motto of our house: “Come as a guest, leave as a friend”. Johann & Martina with their children Verena, Katharina, Ilona and Grandma Margit run the farm as a full-time business with dairy cows. 12 hectares of grassland are cultivated, and around 30 cows are at home all year round. Of course there are also the 3 pigs (ham, bacon and schnitzel), our calves, the rabbit Julius and his buttercup - they love to be fed with clover leaves and to be pampered. Felix the cat and the cheeky Cleopatra - who are waiting for playmates - take them to the farm. But if you've had enough of the stable and animals, you can run around on our large lawn with a playground without traffic or, if the weather is bad, have fun in our playroom. We are located at 585m above sea level at the foot of the Pankrazberg in a sunny, south-facing location, quiet, surrounded by meadows with a view of the Zillertal mountains, but not remote from the town of Fügen. Ideal location for sporty people, whether summer or winter.
About Us
Our motto"Arrive as a guest, depart as friend" reflects our family and child-friendly atmosphere. Welcome to the Unterhuben farm of Franz & Margit Zeller who run the farm, together with their son Johann and girlfriend Martina, with daughters Verena Magdalena, Katharina Maria and Ilona Isabella. We run a full-time farm, situated at an altitude of 585 m, at the foot of the Pankrazberg. Quiet, sunny, south-facing location near Fügen, surrounded by meadows with views of the Zillertal mountain landscape. An ideal location for sports enthusiasts in both summer and winter, as well as guests seeking relaxation.
12 hectares of grassland are under cultivation and the farm is home to between 80 and 90 cattle. 43 cows live in the stables, the young cattle are accommodated in the exercise pen in Schlitters. Of course our farm is also home to a few pigs, calves and cats, who are looking forward to being fed and looked after by you. There is also a recreation room and a playground.
Farm characteristics: Schnapps tasting, home-made products such as bread and bacon. We also look after your physical well-being! Our guests are offered a variety of schnapps from our own distillery, bacon, home-made bread, tea and herbs.
Schnapps and liqueur can also be purchased in beautiful bottles, an ideal gift to take back home.
Farm characteristics: Close contact with animals, some of our cows as well as the calves and pigs stay on the farm all year round. They are looking forward to being fed by you.
