We offer our guests a holiday in our winery. Enjoy a glass of wine and feel your daily cares slip away. Expand your knowledge with a professional wine-tasting, or simply enjoy the wine itself.
Our winery manages 15 hectares of which 70 % is red and 30 % white wine, but we also produce dessert wines from Spätlese to Trockenbeerenauslese. The cycle paths through the vineyards are well maintained, and are used by many guests for sporting activities.

We produce wines using a wide range types and methods; from dry or fruity through to the exquisite Trockenbeerenauslese. Using classic steels vat or large wooden barrels through to the mighty barrique.
Our varieties of "Franzzante" in Welschriesling, Rosé and Muskat Ottonel are becoming ever more popular
You can sample our homemade grape juice, jam made from our own fruit, as well as fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables every day at our breakfast buffet.
The philosophy of the Schindler household is to allow great wines more maturation time in the cask and to bottle and market them later has been confirmed by the record numbers attending our wine tastings.
