About Us
The David family's small wine farm is located in the beautiful St. Pauler Hügelland, on the southern slope of the Josefsberg.
Wine and beer are the family's main specialities and anyone who has the time and inclination to immerse themselves in these worlds has the opportunity to do so at joint tastings on the farm.
Relax by the swimming pond or explore the surrounding area by e-bike or on foot? All options are open to you.
If you feel like relaxing and unwinding after a day full of new discoveries, you can round off the day with a cosy sauna session.
About Us
In winter you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Josefsberg particularly well. Hikes are possible depending on the snow conditions and a natural toboggan run can be reached by car in 7 minutes. The brave and intrepid can round off their sauna session in the private sauna with an ice bath in the swimming pond on the doorstep.
Skiing enthusiasts will find ski slopes 45 minutes away by car.
Sparkling, white, rosé and red wines as well as vermouth and brandy are produced directly on the farm. Four different types of craft beer are brewed in the farm's own brewery.
All products can be tasted and purchased on site.
Our 3 cats Mia, Bob and Lilly are our animal task force to keep the yard free of mice. Nala, our young Labradoodle dog, has not yet fully understood her job description and is currently of the opinion that she is a lap dog.
