A warm "Grüß Gott" to the Winnebachhof.
We, the Riml family, run a mountain farm that is over 400 years old. It is situated on a sunny hill at 1700 m above sea level above the small village of Gries.
Feel at home in our lovingly furnished holiday flat with a view of the surrounding mountain scenery of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps. Whether on the sun terrace or on the balcony of your holiday flat, the omnipresent view of this mountain landscape will impress you anew every time.
Around our mountain farm there is a variety of active and leisure possibilities. Hiking, mountaineering, climbing, wellness and even more awaits you in summer in our beautiful mountain world.

We, the Riml family, run a mountain farm that is over 400 years old. It is situated on a sunny hill at 1700 m above sea level above the small village of Gries.
Feel at home in our lovingly furnished holiday flat with a view of the surrounding mountain scenery of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps. The magnificent mountain panorama will accompany you throughout your entire holiday.
You will feel at home on our mountain farm from the very first moment, because hospitality is written in capital letters.
In winter, you can conquer 363 varied kilometres of pistes in the Ötztal skiing area from Gries.
Off the slopes, you can enjoy cross-country skiing trails, toboggan runs, snowshoe hikes, horse-drawn sleigh rides and ski tours in the fantastic and snow-sure winter landscape in the heart of the Ötztal Alps and Stubai Alps.
After an active winter sports programme, the Aqua Dome natural spa in Längenfeld offers a feel-good world with warm thermal water for relaxing, taking a sauna and unwinding.

In summer our animals spend their summer holidays on the alpine pastures. Our chickens, however, can always be admired.
