On the ground floor, an entrance hall with coat rack leads you to a spacious living, dining and cooking area. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

In our very own spa area, located right next door, you can wind down your day in the sauna with its broad picture windows, and in the private outdoor Jacuzzi.

When you are ready to cool down, you can stretch out on the recliners in our garden, surrounded by lush meadows and forests, taking in the magical views of the surrounding mountain world of the Tennengebirge.

The upper floor features two bedrooms with balcony, along with an area to unwind completely that includes a bath and WC designed in modern Alpine style, with boundless love for every detail, antique wood and warm wooden flooring. Our amenities also include electrical appliances such as a hairdryer and television.

In the comfy loft with its own big picture window, you will also find an additional bedroom with an integrated bath (separate WC) – a snug retreat during your holidays!

Our chalet Ostermoasspitz, which was built new in 2017, features a ground floor with entrance hall and coat rack, as well as a big, comfortable living, dining and cooking area. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

In this chalet too, you can escape to our in-house spa area. The panorama sauna with a view of the Tennengebirge as well as its own private outdoor Jacuzzi invite you to unwind completely.

In a garden with loungers, you will find perfect seclusion from the outside world, daydreaming the hours away surrounded by a magical natural idyll.
