About Us
Welcome to the Hirschleiten organic farm!
Our organic farm, situated high up at 1,200 metres in Kleinarl in Salzburger Land, not only offers an idyllic, secluded location, but also a view that is simply unique. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama to the full. This spectacular view makes our farm an unforgettable experience!
The farm is accessible via a tarmac road in both summer and winter. In winter, however, we recommend snow chains.
There is a cheese dairy on the farm, where the milk of three organic farmers from Kleinarl is processed into cheese. In the entrance area there is a self-service fridge with home-made cheeses and sausages and wines from Austria.
The two newly built holiday flats are located on the 2nd floor and offer plenty of open space, a pleasant living atmosphere and face the morning sun. So you can enjoy the very first warm rays of sunshine on your skin in the morning.
For all wellness lovers: the two holiday flats are each equipped with a sauna with a panoramic window.
SUMMER
The location offers many hikes from the farm, mountain bike tours or direct access to the climbing world. The end of the "Milk Trail" is also located at the Hirschleiten organic farm.
On the farm there is a newly built children's playground and petting animals for many cosy hours.
WINTER
The ski lift is only five minutes away by car. There is a skilocker for your skis and ski boots directly at the lift valley station.
Thanks to our snowy location in Kleinarl, you can go snowshoeing, ski touring or tobogganing directly from the farm. The connection to the Kleinarlerhütte toboggan run is right next to our farm. This ensures a winter holiday for pleasure skiers, active ski tourers or cosy winter guests.

We produce various types of cheese on our farm, such as semi-hard and hard cheese, soft cheese and blue cheese. In addition to homemade sausages, we also offer bacon, salami and Bündner meat. All made from the meat of our organic dairy pigs and our organic cattle.
You are also welcome to take a look at the cheese dairy.
We are a certified organic farm with dairy cows and calves. Together with our pigs, the cows naturally enjoy their run with the most beautiful view.
Our cats and rabbits are always happy to be stroked.
