About Us
Immerse yourself in the peace and quiet of the unspoilt natural surroundings of the highland of the Waldviertel . Activate your senses - feel, sense and smell the country life. Our organic farm is situated in a hilly, richly forested area in a small village at an altitude of 700 m. Between the streams "Grosser" and "Kleiner Kamp" there is a nature reserve with numerous rock formations which invents parents and children to explore it.
On our farm there are cows, a horse, cats, chickens and rabbits. We have a large garden with children's playground, where you can also have barbecues or make a campfire. On hot days a dip in the small natural swimming pool right beside the farm cools you off.
Round about the farm each guest can find his own favourite little spot: A sunny spot in the garden, right by the water, to watch dragonflies on the natural swimming pool, or in a deckchair in the shade of the fruit trees, while the children are running around in the meadow.
Organic products, which we produce on the farm (spelt products, potatoes, eggs, schnapps, ...) can be bought at the farm. In summer there are always fresh vegetables from our house garden. Table tennis and table football are available. Horse riding opportunities, tennis and swimming are nearby.
Our farm`s speciality are wooden sculptures and carvings. You can also have a go and take part in a carving lesson with farmer Fritz. If you are interested, we would be happy to make you a package deal.
About Us
While your children are having fun in the snow, take time, space and energy to recharge your batteries for the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our organic farm is situated in a hilly, richly forested area in a small village at an altitude of 700 m. On our farm there are cows, a horse, cats, chickens and rabbits.
The village fields are perfect for tobogganing and building a snowman, or for having a go on the small drag lift in the next village. It's wonderful to explore our region on cross-country skis. If there is not enough snow, a winter's walk on secluded paths in the sun is definitely a pleasure.
A speciality of our farm is watching farmer Fritz practising his hobby of carving, and he will give you help if you want to try.
Our products such as spelt, rye, potatoes and eggs can be bought on the farm and in summer there are several delicacies from the vegetable garden.
On our farm there are cows and calves, also the Haflinger mare Shiela, a few cats, rabbits, chickens and a cockerel.
