Our attic rooms are furnished in traditional Salzburg country house style with high-quality solid wood furniture and are located on the first floor of the main building. 

The double room consists of a small entrance area with wardrobe and a cosy bathroom with shower and WC. For your comfort, the rooms have modern amenities such as radio, satellite TV and a cosy seating area with a view of the Hochkönig.

Apartment Hochkönig 

Our cosy holiday flat Kögerl offers you everything on approx. 40 m², space for 2 to 4 people. The flat is located on the first floor of our main house. The solid wood furniture in traditional Salzburg country house style creates a cosy ambience and lets you forget everyday life.

The flat consists of:

• A large kitchen-living room with dining table that invites you to relax

Our cosy holiday flat Schneeberg offers you everything on approx. 50 m², space for 2 to 5 people. The flat is located on the second floor of our main house. The solid wood furniture in traditional Salzburg country house style creates a cosy ambience and lets you forget everyday life.

Our special treat for all those looking for cosiness and nostalgia: the self-catering farmhouse anno 1679. Experience the feeling of ‘living like in grandmother's time’ in our lovingly partially renovated, over 300-year-old farmhouse in the historic courtyard. Here you will find a place to relax, lean against the warm tiled stove in the old farmhouse parlour and unwind. 

The farmhouse offers plenty of space for socialising with up to 16 people. It has six bedrooms, a large farmhouse parlour with tiled stove and stove bench as well as a well-equipped kitchen with sitting area and wood-burning stove.

First floor:
Five double rooms and one four-bed room offer plenty of space. In addition, there are enough pull-out couches and extra beds available so that space can be flexibly created for all guests.

You can hire a set of bed linen and towels from us for €15.00. Please inform us before your arrival so that we can prepare everything for you in good time. 

Ground floor:
The ground floor is the centrepiece of the house. The rustic farmhouse parlour with tiled stove and stove bench invites you to eat, drink and laugh together. Here you can experience pure cosiness. The well-equipped kitchen is perfectly geared to the needs of large groups and offers a wood-burning stove, an oven, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a bread slicer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a complete kitchen inventory

The service charge, which is added to the total price on site, depends on the season: it is €26 per day from November to April and €22 per day from May to October. This flat rate covers the cost of firewood for the fireplace and stove, electricity and water consumption and waste disposal.
