Welcome to an unforgettable holiday on the farm, where children's hearts beat faster! We offer eventful days with lots of animals and exciting activities.
The horses Miri and Maxi are waiting to be ridden by the little adventurers. Our donkeys are happy to accompany the family on hikes, which allows them to discover nature in a special way. A highlight for the children is to collect fresh eggs from our chickens for breakfast every day.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains from the infinity pool or relax with barbecues and campfires with delicious stick bread and sausages. Under the guidance of farmer's wife Gisi, the children can also bake their own bread – a delicious experience.
A large playground is available for exuberant play moments. Here, the little ones can slide, swing, play in the sand or have fun playing table tennis to their heart's content. And for those who simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet, hammocks invite you to spend relaxing hours.
Experience unforgettable days full of adventure, nature and warm hospitality together with your family on our farm! In addition, we offer the possibility of forest bathing to experience the healing power of the forest, as well as the observation of our own bees to gain an insight into the fascinating world of these important insects.
About Us
Experience the dreamy winter landscapes around our farm. There is no end to the adventures: from building snow castles to tobogganing, sack gliding, ice skating and skiing – there is something for everyone here.
The Simonhöhe family ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes by car from the farm. The best children's ski school in Carinthia, run by Erik Schinegger, can also be found here! Ice skating is possible at the nearby lakes and ponds. Tobogganing fun is provided by a natural toboggan run with a descent of about 1.5 km - and it's even free of charge! Immerse yourself in unforgettable winter moments at our farm.
In the immediate vicinity there are also easily accessible ski resorts for professionals, which offer a wide range of activities for winter sports enthusiasts. In addition to skiing, you also have the opportunity to go snowshoeing or ski touring to explore the untouched nature. There are countless possibilities for winter fun.
In the evening, parents can relax in the wellness area and enjoy our sauna made of pine wood, the whirlpool, the hot tub as well as the reading and cuddling corner. In the meantime, the children can take care of the animals and help with the stable work. Thus, both parents and children can enjoy their day to the fullest and experience unforgettable moments on our farm.
With us you can enjoy eggs from our own chickens, fresh bread baked by farmer's wife Gisi, as well as self-picked fruits and herbs, from which we make homemade jams and juices. In addition, we also offer homemade schnapps for adults to make your stay with us on the farm even more enjoyable.
Except on Sundays, we offer a bread roll service, where fresh baked goods are delivered from the bakery in St. Veit. So you can also enjoy fresh rolls on your day off without having to leave the house.
Our lovely horses, a friendly pony and our faithful donkeys graze on our lush meadows. In addition, there are sheep, goats and chickens that diligently lay eggs, as well as a proud rooster who greets us every morning with his crowing. Ducks stroll leisurely across the courtyard, while our trusting farm dog happily welcomes the guests. For cat lovers, there are cuddly velvet paws, and bunnies are waiting for the children to collect fresh grass.
Our pigs are always on the lookout for food, while our cattle graze peacefully in the pasture and provide their calves with fresh milk. Not to be forgotten are our busy bees, who busily pollinate the meadow flowers and produce delicious honey. Welcome to our living farm, where people and animals live in harmony with nature!
