About Us
The Semmelrock family extends a warm welcome to you here at Glautschhof on the banks of the beautiful Lake Weissensee.
Our organic farm liesclose to our heartsand is of special importance. We are all here, that is my husband Hannes, I, Kristina, our children Kristof, Julia and Stefan, Granny Maria and Grandpa Hansi.
During a cosy get-together in our kitchen you can tell stories about the things you have experienced. It will seem as though you were in a big family.

About Us
If you are looking for a cosy, relaxing winter holiday, then you have come to the right place. We will spoil you in our farmhouse parlour or in the winter garden with a dinner featuring rich organic produce from our own organic farm.
Our ORGANIC FARM lies close to our hard and is of special importance.
Pure nature - everyday with us there is a breakfast buffet featuring fresh, organically-produced dairy items such as fresh milk, natural yoghurt and curd cheese.
Us ladies, that is Granny Maria and myself, Kristina, also have a small herb garden.
The vegetables that we grow ourselves (potatoes, carrots, white cabbage - sauerkraut, beans, leeks as well as onions) are used in our kitchen in winter.
Hannes and Grandpa Hansi take great care in looking after our animals.
They are the cows, calves, pigs - Hansel and Gretel, cats, goats and rabbits.
