Even the sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here. Our Gutzinger farm serves as an ideal starting point for several beautiful walks and extended hikes during winter in the Nockberge National Park. 

Close by are Bad Kleinkirchheim's thermal baths (Roman bath, alpine thermal indoor pool), the mountain railways (28 cable cars and lifts), the indoor tennis courts with open areas such as excellent restaurants and shopping centres. 

Only 15-minutes' drive from Bad Kleinkirchheim are three of the most beautiful bathing lakes, which guarantee lots of fun and relaxation even in winter.
