Welcome to the Karlhütte!

The Karlhütte is a well-equipped, cozy log cabin for 2 to 4 persons. It is located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, in the picturesque Feldpannalm, and offers a magnificent view of the Kaiserburg. The access to the cabin is easy and comfortable, as it can be reached directly by car via a partly paved, partly gravel road.

The Karlhütte is the perfect starting point for numerous hikes in the impressive Kärntner Nockberge. If you feel like taking a break from cooking, you can indulge in delicious meals at the nearby managed huts.

Within a radius of about 6 to 8 km, you will find numerous leisure activities such as mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, and water sports like swimming, surfing, and sailing at the nearby Brennsee. The regions of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Döbriach at Lake Millstatt also offer relaxing boat trips. A special highlight for families is the nearby summer toboggan run, which promises fun and excitement.

Additionally, you can visit sagamundo – the House of Storytelling, where stories come to life. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, covered parking is available.

The modern kitchen offers everything you need, including an egg cooker, kettle, bread roll oven, bread slicing machine, electric stove, and sink. The pantry and refrigerator with freezer provide ample storage space. Enjoy your meals in the inviting seating area with a large dining table.

The living room features a comfortable couch, a television, and a radio. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot water (gas). Power supply is also ensured.

A staircase leads to the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The fenced cabin area offers you two terraces, a balcony with sun umbrellas, two sun loungers, and a brick grill. A fountain with tested alpine spring water provides refreshing drinking water. Parking is available directly at the lodge, including a garage.
