HOLIDAY at the LAKE - LIVING at the MOUNTAIN
The Koflerhof is located above Lake Millstätter See. It blends harmoniously into the landscape with the holiday homes and is located directly on the Kneipp panorama circular path in the middle of the gentle Nockberge. One of seven yoga and mindfulness places along the path is located near the wooden log cabins and invites you to practice and linger. The water playground is the favorite place for the children.
Please enjoy also the relaxing area especially at the cabin "Alte Säge".

About Us
Heavenly WINTER REST - paired with SKI FUN within easy reach - can be found at the Koflerhof, above Lake Millstätter See. It blends harmoniously into the landscape with the holiday homes and is located directly on the Kneipp panorama circular path in the middle of the gentle Nockberge. At the Koflerhof, 40 “woolly lawnmowers” listen to the calm commands of Robert and Moritz. 25 mountain sheep are busy all summer keeping the area around the house and farm clean. The hairdresser comes to the ladies twice a year and there is also a pedicure.
Lively trout and char cavort in the fish ponds not far from the farm. But there is still a lot going on at the Koflerhof, and many forest animals come very close. It's not uncommon to see deer, rabbits and squirrels from your bedroom window. After a rainy day, a fire salamander, called “Wegwagl” in Carinthia, likes to stop by. Robert and Moritz take care of the food supplies in winter.
