About Us
A warm welcome to our LÖCKERWIRT: a traditional inn since 1694, which is open to the zeitgeist and was allowed to slip into a carefully selected, new dress in 2023! Our house stands for hospitality, cheerfulness and joy in work! When you open the door for the first time, you can already tell that we have turned our calling into a profession and really love what we do!
Especially our little guests are the big ones with us! We offer an indoor playroom with a slide, climbing wall, cuddly cave and much more, as well as a large outdoor children's playground with a nest swing, see-saw, sandpit, petting zoo and much more.
Our organic farming forms the basis for the popular Löckerwirt cuisine: organic lamb, organic beef, organic goose, organic duck and venison from the Lungau Nockberge, Lungau organic potatoes ("Eachtling"), herbs from our garden Herb Fairy FLORA and much more. guarantee the best care in our ala carte restaurant or half board. Our animals got a new stable 12 years ago. The beautiful home is flooded with light and spacious. Two cameras record what is happening in the barn around the clock and you can watch the animals from the guest bed via the barn TV.

Our LÖCKERWIRT NEW: a traditional inn since 1694, which opens up to the spirit of the times and was allowed to slip into a carefully selected new dress in 2023! Our house stands for hospitality, cheerfulness and joy in work! When you open the door for the first time, you can already tell that we have turned our calling into a profession and really love what we do!
We are located at the foot of the Aineck - Katschberg ski area, with over 70 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and 16 lifts, which offer fun on the slopes for young and old. Right in front of our house you can get on the ski bus, which takes you to many other ski areas in the Lungau free of charge.
Directly in our garden you will find access to the Murtal cross-country ski run, which takes you to Unternberg or St.Michael!
Our "Auszeit" wellness area guarantees a feel-good experience in the relaxation room, in the organic herbal sauna or in the Finnish sauna with a view. Newly built cozy bunks invite you to dream, relax, read and linger...

LÖCKERWIRT – CUISINE stands for honest, pure enjoyment! Let yourself be surprised by our culinary skills, based on the products of our organic farm. Lamb, beef, goose, duck and game dishes, as well as the high art of herbal cuisine by our herb fairy Flora characterize our cuisine. By the way, we are a member of the slow food family, as well as representatives of the AMA gastro seal and Salzburg certificate of origin and are always very happy to welcome guests who love the REAL, regional and seasonal food and appreciate good quality!
The following animals find enough space in our organic farm:
Rabbits, goats, sheep, donkeys, geese, ducks, cattle, chickens and a rooster!
There is always something new to discover and if you allow it, you can become great friends...
Can't sleep? No problem! Then simply turn on the STALL TV and start counting sheep, live broadcast from our stable!
