An old-fashioned farm

Do you buy your bread and baked goods from the supermarket? Your sausage, cheese and spreads as well? With me you will receive it all homemade: in the morning to the aroma of freshly baked bread rolls and pretzels sticks wafts through the house, or the farmers seed bread, full of fibre, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and made with beer. Bread spreads made with herbs from the garden, mozzarella, cream cheese, farm butter - all of which are made with ilk from our own cows. Our bacon is briefly smoked, then hung in the curing cabinet and dried out by the Mölltaler mountain wind. Salami, sausage, liverwurst and Bünderfleisch (smoked beef) are all made from our farm animals. The eggs taken from the hen house the day before are served on your breakfast table the very next morning. You can't get any fresher and you can really taste the difference. Jams and juices are made without preservatives and flavour enhancers. Don't you want to try it? Then come to Ranacherhof farm!

Dear kids, at our family-friendly farm you can, ride our pony Lilly,   help out in the barn, feed the calves, cows, pigs  pigs , look after the rabbits and guinea pigs, collect eggs, pet the kitten and more.

In the summer, the sheep and young cattle are   out on the Raggaalm.   Once a week, Farmer Franz drives out to the pasture to see that all his cattle are doing well.   Experience   the alpine tour   at our pick-up, enjoy  the peace and quiet, listen to the whistling marmots, observe the chamois and bearded vultures.
