About Us
Our farm is suitable for young and old, for big and small. While the parents enjoy the view and the sun in a deck chair, the older children romp around on the trampoline, help out in the stable or have fun with table tennis or table football. The smaller children play in the sandpit or do their laps with vehicles from our "children's fleet". And everyone loves the animals and petting cats, calves, rabbits and guinea pigs. From time to time there is the opportunity to ride a bit with the farmer on the tractor or to be led a round on the Haflinger Mexx. Parents and seniors are interested in books with regional reference from our book corner. A campfire on our specially created fire place or a barbecue evening is a nice communal experience for everyone. Winter also offers numerous opportunities for the whole family. The cross-country ski run in front of the house attracts the big ones, for the little ones we have toboggans and bobsleighs to hide.
About Us
Guaranteed snow and no fog make the Ausseerland, one of the most beautiful spots in Austria, to a winter paradise. Our house is away from the hustle and bustle of winter sports and yet in the immediate vicinity of two beautiful ski areas - Loser and Tauplitz. The cross-country ski run directly at the farm takes you on a 10 km long circuit through the dreamy winter landscape. For children there are slopes for sliding, sledding and lots of snow for building castles and snowmen. We are happy to rent out toboggans and bobsleighs. The nearby lakes are frozen sometimes in winter and are than ideal for ice skating. Of course there are also ice rinks in the area. Particularly romantic - a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered landscape. Winter is also the season of most traditional festivals: Barbaratag, Krampus, Glöckeln (5th January), Epiphany, Carnival ... - customs are still lived here. And in between you can relax in one of our well-heated holiday apartments while reading interesting books from the book corner.

We have many animals that are waiting for you to be petted. The two cats Josy and Paula stroke your legs. You can feed the rabbits and guinea pigs with grass, dandelions, a carrot or an apple. Perhaps you will also witness the birth of a calf. They get the good breast milk right after the birth and are very cuddly from the start. The horses are often out in the pasture and in the yard in winter, romping through the snow. We also have a lot of wild animals around the farm that you can watch: roe deer, sometimes a fox, roman snails, swallows, dragonflies, butterflies, fire salamanders, toads and frogs and now and then a hedgehog that has a snack with the cats ;-)
