About Us
Welcome to the Steinerhof in Werfenweng!
Our organic farm enjoys a peaceful, sunny location in Werfenweng, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. You are just a 10-minute walk from the town center.
We offer you two newly renovated holiday apartments with balcony and marvelous views of the mountains, meadows as well as our farm.
In our newly built open-stall cattle shed, we take care of our dairy cows, calves, three rabbits and our tomcat Moritz. You are welcome to come watch us work in the barn and even lend us a hand yourself if you would like. Simply ask about the times we will be there. Visitors are always welcome.
We have built a great playground for our young guests. A swing, sandbox, climbing tower, slide, trampoline and table tennis – in other words, something for everybody. And if you are a fan of healthy snacks, you are welcome to pluck a few tasty treats from our various fruit trees and bushes.
In winter, the kids can zoom on their sleds down the slope of our meadow, while the grown-ups may wish to try their hand on the cross-country ski trail which runs past our farm. The stop for the ski bus is located right next to our driveway, providing you with comfortable transportation to the pistes and back – free of charge, naturally.
We are also a participating Werfenweng-Card business. Werfenweng-Card is an offer unique to Werfenweng, giving guests convenient opportunities to travel here by bus or train, or simply to leave their cars parked for the duration of their stay. We take care of everything else. We will issue you with the Werfenweng-Card on your first day here and then, for just a small fee of € 20 - €40,-/person and stay, you will be able to take advantage of a whole range of offers including use of E-cars and sleigh rides.
