About Us
Relaxation and well-being – all this and more awaits you at the KOBOLDHOF in the heart of Carinthia! Our two 150 year old grain stores are located in a secluded spot next to the old farm. We have renovated them with loving care and equipped them with every possible creature comfort – solid wood furnishings, a tiled stove, sauna, wine cellar and a library. The large grain store offers 120 m² of space for 2 to 8 guests and the smaller grain store, at 54 m², is our cosy nest and can accommodate one or two guests. Relax in a sunny, private location and enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounded by nature and wonderful panoramic views. A large meadow where children can play and experience nature with your own pond, a climbing garden, the waterway adventure and the Liebenfels Castle. The farm is also home to farm dog Rolfi, two cats, hens, sheep, chicks and miniature rabbits. In addition to your own bathing pond, there are a number of lakes suitable for swimming which are located only 10 minutes away by car. The "Alpine swing" in the orchard, as well as themed trails and guided walks and hikes, are part of our "pampering program" for you.
