Waldheimhof

We are truly self-sufficient. Our hens and ducks lay eggs and our sheep, hogs and turkeys provide excellent organic meat. We are also hunters and enjoy flavorful, wild meats. From the game we take we additionally make bacon, sausage, leberwurst, and smoked meats. And don't forget our honeybees which produce wonderful blossom and forest honey.

• Pork (schnitzel, cutlet, knuckle of pork, roast pork, minced meat)
• Pork is smoked (square and belly bacon)
• turkeys and turkeys (escalope, ragout, roast)
• Chickens (fresh eggs daily) - our guest children can get their own breakfast eggs from the stable every day.
• Game meat (from the farmer's hunt we get game roast, game schnitzel, minced meat, game smoked meat, game sausages, Leberkäse)

At the Waldheim Guest House, you will find many different animals but they all live harmoniously together
