Away from the hectic day-to-day and the noise of the traffic, we offer peace and quiet and a place where guests can feel safe and relaxed.
The large open space next to the house is a real paradise for families with children and those of all ages seeking relaxation.
While the youngsters discover the varied daily routine of life on the farm, the adults can seek out the necessary rest and rest and recuperation in one of the many tranquil corners of the property.
Naturally the children are welcome to take an active part in goings-on on the farm.
A special highlight are our alpacas. Their calm and relaxed nature has a decelerating, stress-relieving and
calming effect on us humans. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of these animals and get to know
them as part of a guided alpacs hike!
And – the breakfast eggs don't come from the supermarkt, but can be taken right out of the nest.
On the large playground, which you can also see well from the apartment, your kids will not be bored. Whether at the football goal, with a game of table tennis, on the large trampoline, in a playhouse, the climbing frame with its slide, ladder and sandpit, swing and baby swing, see-saw, tightrope, kids' tractor, kids' bikes and much more - there's something for everyone.
Kilometres of marked cycle trails are perfect for exploring the near surroundings or further afield on our bicycles . Whether you want to enjoy excursions along the Kärnten cycle trail or take the mountain bikes up to higher challenges - our bikes can be used free of charge!
Several hiking and walking trails lead straight from the farm.
In only 12 minutes' walk you can also reach the town centre, and at the same time enjoy a beautiful walk in charming landscape off the beaten track. Many inns and restaurants offer culinary delicacies or typical Kärnten specialities.

After a packed day of winter sports theAQUARENA, situated right next to the valley station of the double-seat ski lift, is a great place to unwind and relax.
We offer excellent conditions for CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING . The total length of the cross-country ski runs is 130 km. 12 double lane runs from beginner to medium difficulty and a 40 km Obergail Valley panorama ski run link the idyllically situated villages between Kötschach-Mauthen and Hermagor. The cross-country ski runs have been awarded athe ''CROSS-COUNTRY QUALITY SEAL" .
What's more SKI ROUTE WALKERS will find challenging climbs of all difficulty levels up onto the mountains SNOW SHOE HIKERS will be impressed by the solitude of the mountain forests. For a fun TOBOGGAN RIDE (toboggan hire available naturally on site free of charge) there is a large, floodlit toboggan run nearby. Children can also enjoy a toboggan ride on the grounds of the property.
HORSE AND CARRIAGE RIDES or romantic WALKS through deep winter landscapes will enchant you.
A 20-minute drive in the free shuttle bus will get you to NASSFELD, Kärnten's biggest ski region. 145 km slopes of all difficulty levels guarantee endless winter fun.
Europe's largest NATURAL ICE RINK ,Weissensee, is a 40-minute drive away.
