That’s on the menu: “Käsknöpfle” and “Kässpätzle” (both are types of fresh pasta with grated cheese). “Krutspätzle” (a type of fresh pasta with cabbage) and “Käsdönnala” (a savoury cake made of pizza dough topped with grated cheese and onions). “Riebl” (fried corn pudding) and “Schupfnudla” (a type of gnocchi that’s cooked and then fried). Last but not least: “Flädlesuppe” (thinly sliced pancakes in broth)...
